Meet Clara

Hello and welcome!
 
I’m Clara!  A natural food chef, certified health coach, and mom who loves to move, cook, and create. My culinary journey began at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, where I trained in classical cooking techniques. Over time, my passion shifted toward nourishing, wholesome food that supports real-life wellness, especially after becoming a mom and seeing firsthand how much our energy and health depend on what we eat.
 
I later earned my health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I deepened my understanding of balanced eating and special diets. For years, I worked as a private chef for families and individuals navigating food sensitivities and wellness goals. Through it all, I discovered how joyful and powerful it is to prepare food that truly supports the body.
 
Now, as someone who enjoys running, regular workouts, and staying active with my family, I’ve created a line of healthy snacks designed for people like me — busy, health-conscious adults who want clean, energizing food that fits into real life.
 
While my focus is now on developing and sharing these nourishing snacks, I still offer personalized cooking classes by appointment. Whether you’re looking to fuel your body better or learn how to prepare simple, delicious meals at home, I’m here to support your journey — one thoughtful bite at a time.
